Foods To Avoid And Eat If You Have Anxiety

Hey There!  Have you ever wondered what foods to avoid and eat if you have anxiety? Well, today I wanted to share a video on food and anxiety.  In this video I share 3 foods to avoid if you feel stressed and anxious and 3 foods to tank up on!

Isn’t it amazing that WE DO HAVE CONTROL over how we feel???

And we can use something as SIMPLE as food to support our bodies on a daily basis?

Try an experiment.  Eat a big ice cream sundae, or a few donuts and chocolate milk for breakfast.  Write down how you feel that morning, all the way until lunch.  What were your energy levels like?  What was your mood like?

The next day start off with some scrambled eggs and sourdough toast, or a yummy green smoothie with an avocado blended in.  Document again how you feel until lunch.  Notice any difference in energy or mood?

I bet you will notice a BIG difference!  I’d love to hear how it goes.  I’ve already done that experiment…too many times and I know just how my body reacts to a donut and chocolate milk in the morning.  I feel edgy, and nervous and grouchy!  I feel sick to my stomach and my brain feels foggy!
