    Thanks for your blog on anxiety and using magnesium, it helped me a lot because I am experiencing a lot of anxiety right now and had no idea that magnesium helps. The sugar is a little harder to quit! 🙂

    Very good imformation! I already take a B vitamin but not B complex is there a difference I also never thought about taking magnesium I’m going to have to look into that I also have a thyroid condition mine is under active so I’m hypo thyroid been taking it for 34 years will taking magnesium help with my thyroid condition that has to do with a lot of emotions and everything else
