Sprouted Flour Pancakes
These sprouted flour pancakes are a staple around here. I make them about once a week. They are super simple to whip up on a morning before school. I generally double the recipe so I can have some batter ready to go, later in the week so we can have sprouted flour pancakes again. You can use any type of flour you’d like but if you want to try your hand at making your own sprouted wheat flour check on my post on it here. Be sure to check out my sprouted flour banana bread recipe which also uses sprouted wheat flour and minimal sweetener.
