I’m not sure if it’s the melting snow or our 60 degree temperatures one day but I am feeling so excited about spring and summer! I decided to try this recipe I found from one of my old Martha Stewart Everyday Food magazines. I tweaked it a bit as there was way too much orange juice concentrate in the original recipe. These are light and creamy and remind me of the Orange Julius drinks I would get in the mall with my girlfriends growing up. If you don’t have these handy silicon push up pop molds then you can check out this post where I used little paper cups and plastic spoons to make popsicles, either way works great.
