This sausage seasoning recipe came from my good friend Lori, who is a great example to me and who has taught me a lot about eating healthier and paying attention to what is in your food.  I have used this recipe to season ground pork, venison, and elk and all have worked great!  I usually do a rounded ½ t. of each spice just to make sure it is really flavorful as you loose a tiny bit of seasoning flavor when you drain the fat off the meat.
