Are you tired of feeling completely exhausted, stressed and run down?  I hear you!  I felt like that for WAY too long!  In reality though, it was a blessing in disguise.  Because of those years of sickness I was able to learn so much about health and vitality.

My first baby step towards reclaiming my health was drinking green smoothies.  I’m a bit of a fanatic actually.  I drink them daily.  I make up new combinations constantly.  My blender is my most beloved appliance, really I can’t live without it!

I’m a firm believer in ADDING in good wholesome foods rather than CUTTING out everything that is remotely bad for you.  The chances of success with healthier eating are much higher.  With time the yucky foods drop out and your taste buds begin to change and you realize how good you feel when you feed your body wholesome foods.
